Foreign entrepreneur can set up a branch in Poland to conduct business activity in Poland. The branch need to be entered it in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS).
Cost of registering a branch:
PLN 500 – court fee for the entry
PLN 100 – fee for announcing the entry in the Court Monitor
PLN 17 – stamp duty for a power of attorney (if the application is submitted by a proxy)
